Organisations like the world are in a constant state of change and it is often managers that feel this change the most. Quite simply this is because managers must accept the change first and then facilitate changes within the organisation whilst dealing with the impact of the change on people, processes, tasks and techniques. Managing people through change is a task in itself, but effecting organisational change requires a complex understanding of both people and organisational systems. The impact and results of any change in an organisation will almost entirely be determined by the quality of the managers tasked with managing it.
