Management Development Open Courses
Unfortunately many managers are promoted for their technical skills rather than their management competencies. Fortunately, management skills are trainable, and through our courses, we allow managers to realise their potential, and provide them with the tools and techniques that enable managers to deliver results. Even for the most experienced managers, our courses will represent a good opportunity to refresh or learn from new techniques and benefit from new developments as a result of recent research and findings.
Our open courses are designed and delivered to suit a broad range of audiences and industry sectors. The fundamentals of managing people, performance and results are the same, and our highly qualified and experienced trainers will ensure that delegates understand how they can apply the skills they learn practically within their work place. In addition, all delegates on our open programmes will have access to our trainers and consultants for two weeks following the course and will be able seek further guidance on any issues they come up against after having started to apply the learning in their work environment.
