We all behave in certain ways as a result of our preferences, experiences, motivations and values. There are a vast number of courses dedicated to helping people understand the psychology of managing and interacting with people in the work place, but very few on the psychology of selling. 

Human psychology and human behaviour is just as relevant in sales as it is in any other arena where humans are involved. Understanding how customers think and how these signs can be identified through their interactions is invaluable to anyone who wants to exploit every possible sales opportunity.
