Firovia has seen a phenomenal growth in demand for independent workplace investigations and disciplinary and grievance hearings and appeals. Our services are called upon from organisations with over 10,000 employees to micro businesses with under 10 employees. Demand for independent grievance and disciplinary investigations, hearings and appeals comes from across the UK and as such we are rapidly expanding our team of associate HR consultants across the country.

The Role

As an associate HR consultant for Firovia you will be primarily involved in conducting grievance and disciplinary investigations on behalf of employers. You will handle both simple investigations involving 1 allegation and 1 individual as well as complex investigations involving multiple allegations and multiple people. The majority of work given to you by Firovia will be within a 60 mile radius of where you live, but you may sometimes be asked to conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations further away.

You will sometimes also be asked to conduct disciplinary and grievance hearings for employers. Occasionally you will also be asked to conduct disciplinary and grievance appeal hearings.

The Requirements

Firovia require all associate HR consultants who run independent grievance and disciplinary investigations for Firovia to have experience working within an HR role where they have previously conducted disciplinary and grievance investigations. We also require all HR consultants to be members of CIPD.
