Although training is the obvious candidate for actor based role play, Firovia also frequently use actors in the recruitment and selection process when clients are looking to fill managerial and team leader positions. One of the most popular methods is to present candidates with a scenario that requires them to have a difficult conversation with an employee. The actorswill display attitudes, behaviours and emotions that managers might face in the working environment. Candidates are assessed on their ability to deal with challenges that will arise through the exercise as well as their ability toidentify any hidden underlying issues with the employee.
